Position Summary
The Treasurer serves as the Chief Fiscal Officer of the Columbiana County Educational
Service Center and is responsible for the overall financial integrity, operational
management, and stewardship of ESC resources. This position provides
leadership in all areas of accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, investments,
payroll, purchasing, benefits administration, grants management, and compliance
with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Treasurer
also serves as Secretary to the Governing Board, ensuring accurate records,
proper documentation of Board actions, and compliance with Ohio public meeting
and record-keeping requirements. In addition, this position serves as the ESC’s
Director of Operations and Buildings & Grounds Administrator, overseeing
the planning, maintenance, safety, and improvement of all ESC facilities, grounds,
and physical infrastructure to ensure safe, efficient, and effective learning and
working environments.

The Wellsville Local School District Board of Education is seeking qualified candidates for the
position of superintendent. The board seeks an innovative leader in education and
administration who demonstrates collegiality, integrity and devotion to students through
leadership, action and programmatic initiative.
The District is offering a multi-year contract with a competitive salary, based upon prior
administrative experience.
Duties:
● Must hold or qualify for an Ohio superintendent certificate.
● Experience as a school administrator with superintendent, assistant superintendent or
central office experience preferred.
● A comprehensive understanding of Ohio school law and financial reporting.
● Astute business acuity in the areas of long-range planning, fiscal forecasting, personal
management, collective bargaining and insurance management.
● The ability to work as an articulate, straightforward communicator with strong
interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work tactfully, creatively and visibly
with school board members, administrators, staff, students, parents, and the
community.
● Personal integrity, organized with a strong work ethic.
● Belief in the importance of a positive culture across the school campus, and the
willingness to be a visible and hands-on leader.

Walnut Grove Playground was this year's Lunch Bunch service project. The students of the Lunch Bunch chose Walnut Grove Playground, an inclusive playground that depends on volunteers to up keep the facility as their service project this year. The Lunch Bunch students from Crestview Middle School along with ESC Occupational therapy and Speech therapy staff spent time cleaning up Walnut Grove Playground. After the playground clean up the students went to Pizza Hut for lunch.
